Jennifer Fleming
Jennifer’s expertise lies in commercial and residential brokerage, real estate investment, historic redevelopment, development, and property management. Her ability to critically analyze each real estate transaction ensures her client’s satisfaction and success with their property and investment. Jennifer possesses an extensive knowledge of Sioux Falls market
conditions and is experienced in historic renovation and Historic Tax Credit programs, lofts and downtown development. Jennifer leads the Legacy team of brokers, property managers and support staff. Jennifer has a BS from South Dakota State University and is a member or Sioux Valley Optimists, Women in Networking and other local service organizations.

Andy Fleming
Andy is a Sioux Falls native. As Broker and co-owner of Legacy Real Estate, Andy manages the financial growth and operations of the company. Licensed in South Dakota and Minnesota, Andy brings 10 years of real estate experience to the team. Andy’s hard work and financial acumen allow him to bring solid investment opportunities to his clients. Andy works in all aspects of real estate including commercial, residential, investments and property management.
Andy leads the property management team with over 500 residential units and a variety of commercial buildings throughout the area. Andy has a BS from Colorado Technical University. Prior to starting Legacy Real Estate, Andy worked for General Electric as a Senior Systems Analyst and is a former US Marine.

Kristi Leisinger, MBA
Kristi enjoys putting people together that share a common bond or need. Her strong work ethic and passion is foundational by shaking hands and building relationships. She is a good listener to reach the objectives of her clients and is a trusted professional to build lifetime relationships.
Kristi’s background includes over 20+ years in the healthcare industry including medical administration, business development and medical sales. She has her bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and her MBA from theUniversityofSioux Falls. She also is a graduate of the Leadership Sioux Falls program through the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce. She is actively involved in Junior Achievement, Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, SME of Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls Business and Professional Women, Sioux Valley Optimist and National Association of Female Executives.

Aaron Hultgren
Aaron has been in the Real Estate industry ever since 2001. He understands all facets of the industry from construction, development, and finance. He attended South Dakota State University for Business Economics. After college he worked as a mortgage originator at a local mortgage company. His passion is assisting clients in there commercial and development transactions. He has an extensive knowledge in the different tax credit programs across the
country. He also spent six years in the South Dakota Army National Guard and is a performer at Catfishbay here in Sioux Falls.

Bill Pederson
Bill currently is a partner in a commodity brokerage firm called First Avenue Trading Co that he started in October 2001. “I have been interested in real estate ever since my dad bought his first apartment building in the early 80′s. I helped take care of the lawn and snow removal. I understand how fast markets can move, not only in Commodities but in real estate as well. We have all seen rapid price movement in real estate when the housing bubble burst in 2008.

Joann Messersmith
Joann is a Wisconsin native that moved to Sioux Falls after finishing her bachelor’s degree in business management. She spent ten years working in the construction industry, first for a general contractor, and then as a project management assitant at an architect / engineering firm. She started with Legacy in 2009 doing bookkeeping and owner reporting, and then began assisting in the property management and leasing sides of the business as well.
Her experience with all sides of the Legacy business and construction background brings a unique prospective to the Brokerage side.
In Joann’s spare time she enjoys riding and showing horses, spending time with her family, and volunteering with 4H and regional horse groups.
