Andy is a Sioux Falls native. As Broker and co-owner of Legacy Real Estate, Andy manages the financial growth and operations of the company. Licensed in South Dakota and Minnesota, Andy brings 10 years of real estate experience to the team. From her ownership of RSVP Advertising to Legacy Real Estate, Angela understands the need for distinctive real estate representation. As an agent, Angela’s approach to real estate is focused around getting to know her clients as real people, and taking care of them from beginning to end. Dave grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from SDSU with a BS in Commercial Economics. After graduating from college Dave moved to Kansas City, there he owned and managed a Best Western motel for twelve years. Dave sold his motel and purchased a retail strip mall in Sioux Falls, which he owns and manages today. He has over twenty years of commercial real estate and business ownership experience. Bill currently is a partner in a commodity brokerage firm called First Avenue Trading Co that he started in October 2001.  “I have been interested in real estate ever since my dad bought his first apartment building in the early 80′s.
